Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. However, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we'll make it right 

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.  This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers our non-refundable payment processing fee that the payment processing company charges us when the transaction is made.

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on PokeNE, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
